Welcome to C-Residents’ (“App”), developed and maintained by CQ Software Pvt Ltd (Codeeaq).

By accessing or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Access is limited to residents invited by the Residence Association
• Users must be 18 years or older

2. Purpose of the App

The App is used to:

• Manage resident data
• Track payments and receipts
• Enable communication within the association

3. User Registration & Authentication

• Login via mobile number + OTP
• Users are responsible for safeguarding access

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse or hack the App
• Not to impersonate others
• To provide accurate information

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

• Payment/receipt data is manually entered by elected officials
• Codeeaq does not guarantee accuracy
• Disputes must be handled with the association

6. Limitation of Liability

Codeeaq is not liable for:

• Incorrect data entries
• Financial disputes
• Downtime or technical issues

7. Suspension & Termination (User Access)

The Residence Association may:

• Grant/revoke access
• Suspend accounts for misuse

8. Service Availability (SLA Disclaimer)

• Codeeaq will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and functional
• However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause downtime

9. Data Export & Portability

• Upon request by authorized association officials, Codeeaq may provide data export support
• Requests must be made within active service period or notice period (if applicable)
• Export format and timeline will be reasonably determined by Codeeaq
• Codeeaq is not responsible for data usage after export

10. Platform Discontinuation by Developer

Codeeaq reserves the right to discontinue C-Residents’ App or services.

In such cases:

• A minimum 60 days prior notice will be given to authorized association officials
• Association officials are responsible for informing residents
• Codeeaq is not liable for losses after discontinuation

11. Compliance with Indian Law

This App complies with:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Applicable Indian regulations

12. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated periodically
• Continued use = acceptance

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India.
